Disease and desparation

Our second Belarussian larp this year is Agreement № 101 (BY) by Masha Bugayova, Zhenya Karachun and Olya Rudak. This larps explores people in a desperate situation where conventional medicine cannot cure their fatal disease. It was first produced for the Metamorphozes festival in Vilnius.

The scenario takes place in the Netherlands in the present day time. You’ve caught an unknown fatal disease, and the antidote is not found yet. As the illness is not completely studied and there is no definite method of treatment you agree to an experimental treatment in one of the clinics.

This larp is not about the hospital and pills, it’s about people. It’s about you and those who are really close to you. You are not alone, there is somebody dear to you here. In the same ward. You have to face your fears and look death straight in the eye. Together or apart – it’s up to you to decide.
