Duty and dowry

Five years ago our worst fear came true. The commoners raised an army and faught back. Now our noble families, with the purest blood, made to rule, have been forced to give the power to the hands of the people.

Only a few families of the pure blood are left. But we have not forgotten our ways or values. It is more important than ever to strenghten the ties between our noble families. So we are gathered here today at the Fawley family's mansion to make a union between two of the ramaining families. The young couple was told this last night, and they better be gratefull. While we eat we will uphold the important tradition of the negotiations for the dowry.
